User Preferences

App Users can adjust their personal settings directly in the CloudSuite App. These preferences control the user’s personal information, login data, and interface language.

To manage your own settings, in the CloudSuite App click your username in the top left corner to open the Preferences.

User​

This tab shows your personal account information.

  • Use Email to change the email address linked to your CloudSuite App account.
  • Use Password to set a new password. You must enter your current password to confirm the change.

Current Company** shows the company that is active in your session.

Current Employee** displays the employee identity with which you are logged in. * Use **OK**. to save any changes you made.

Preferences​

In this tab, you can adjust your interface language.

  • The Language field is a drop-down menu with available languages.
  • After changing the language, click OK and restart your session to apply the change,
User permissions

Only App Users with sufficient permissions can change their personal data.

To create App Users in the CloudSuite app, you need to have the right permissions.
