Managing Customer Accounts

eCommerce users are registered users who can log in to your webshop. In a B2B setting, such a person does so on behalf of a corporate customer, also known as a party. The settings of the linked party (price lists, payment conditions, addresses, etc.) apply when the user interacts with the shop.

  1. In to the CloudSuite App, go to Customers > Users eCommerce > Users.
  2. Open an existing user or click New to create a new one.
  3. When editing the user details in the various tabs, take into account user roles and the relationships that can be linked.
  4. To link the user to a party:
    1. Go to the tab Parties and add an entry to the list under Party Authentication.
    2. In the pop-up that appears, look up the Party for whom the user is authorized, then click OK to close the pop-up.
  5. Save the user.

The user can now log in to the selected webshops.
