Shop Order Configuration - Action Order Button
What happens after a customer clicks the "add to basket" button is specified in the Order Settings tab of the shop details.

Before you can use this functionality, some configuration must be carried out by CloudSuite. Please contact your consultant or Customer Support for more information.
In the CloudSuite App, go to Stores > Shops and open the shop. In the Order Settings tab, find the field Action Order-button. Choose from the following options:
- If you choose Add/update order line, the product is added to the basket and the user stays on the same screen.
- If you choose Add/update order line and go to basket, the product is added to the basket and the basket is shown.
- If you choose Add/update order line and open modal, the product is added to the basket and a pop-up is shown. An additional field Modal appears where you can select or create the details of the pop-up, as follows:
- If Show Basket Items is checked, the basket items are listed in the pop-up.
- The Name identifies the pop-up in the system. It will not be shown to the customer.
- Next to Promotion, you may select promotion products to be listed in the pop-up (the promotion's description will be used as the header text). First select the category, then click the Search button a second time if you want to select individual products.
- If Show cross sell is checked, cross-selling products are listed in the pop-up.
- The Title is shown in the title bar of the pop-up, and can be translated.
- The Go to product page choice has not been implemented yet. Do not choose this option.
A related field is Duplicate Products in Order. Check this to show multiple ordering actions for the same product as separate lines, rather than updating the order quantity in one single line.
