All communication within CloudSuite happens through Slack.
#ext-partner-support
If you're a partner of CloudSuite, you'll have a dedicated Slack channel called #ext-partner-support. This channel is dedicated to answering questions or requests from partners only.
#help-design
For design-related questions, you can visit #help-design.
#help-front-end
Anyone who has a question related to front-end development (e.g., questions about data availability or configuration in the front-end_config) can ask in #help-front-end.
#help-devops
#help-devops is the channel to ask questions about pipelines and environments.
Only ask questions in #help-devops when you're absolutely sure it's a DevOps issue. When uncertain, please refer to #help instead.

Any other questions that do not fit in the above #help- channels can be asked in #help.

For internal front-end related communication, #team-front-end is the place to be.
