Shop Emails

The CloudSuite platform offers various default email templates that are sent based on specific triggers. Shop emails are set up during the implementation of the shop. Changes need to be handled by our Support team, since errors are easily made without a proper knowledge of Jinja templating.

You can create templates per shop and for each available language in both plain text and an HTML version that is used to show rich content.

To set up email templates in the CloudSuite App, go to Stores > Shop Emails.
